Whitehall Hotel

To Quote "The luxury hotel close to Stansted Airport was opened in 1985. It is a superbly restored Elizabethan Manor standing on a hill overlooking beautiful north west Essex countryside. Whitehall's restaurant is the focus for some of the finest food in the country, and is recoignised as such in all the independent hotel and restaurant guides. This is served in the magnificent surroundings of a 15th century timbered dining hall."

Fay and Jim's Wedding Photographs The Whitehall Hotel Broxted and St Mary's Parish Church Broxted

Last Saturday CourtOnCamera Wedding Photographers Essex were invited to photograph Fay and Jim's Wedding at The Whitehall Hotel Broxted and the picturesque St Mary's Church next door. The church houses two memorial windows dedicated to John McCarthy, Terry Waite and Brian

Keenan. One of which perfectly matched Fay's colours for the day - purple.

Fay got ready at the West View Cottage, Streetly End a picturesque village in Cambridgeshire and about a 40 minute drive from the church.

During the ceremony the Vicar took all by surprise by going walkabout with the wedding rings during his sermon and giving them to the youngest bridesmaid to hold.

The reception was held at the Whitehall Hotel - next door, Fay and James walked there followed by the guests.

The Whitehall Hotel Broxted could not be faulted, the staff were very friendly and food was superb - the surroundings speak for themselves.

The barn was lit by candle and fairy lights, it looked magical.

Fay and Jim led the dancing under a shower of bubbles.

Abi and Russells Wedding Photographs The Whitehall Hotel Broxted and StDunstan's Hundson

Last Saturday CourtOnCamera Wedding Photographers Essex were invited to photograph Abi and Russels Wedding at The Whitehall Hotel Broxted and St Dunstan's Church Hundson. The Service at St Dunston's was conducted by the Rev Dunston - confused yet.

Despite the threat of rain, it just held off. It was however very windy.

The reception was held at the The Whitehall Hotel Broxted, which was quite frankly superb - the staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient.

The gardens were in full bloom - an English Garden at it's finest.

Fay and James' Pre Wedding Photographs Whitehall Hotel Broxted

Later on Sunday (10th August) I met Fay and James - the fiancé formally known as Jim for their pre wedding photographs at the Whitehall Hotel Broxted

They are getting married at St Mary's church next door to the hotel in September. Fay and James will be using Shanks' Pony as transport.

Abi and Russell's pre-wedding photographs at the Whitehall Hotel Broxted

Yesterday evening I met up with Abi and Russell at the Whitehall Hotel Broxted for their pre wedding shoot and planning meeting. Abi and Russel are being married in September at St Dunstan's Church Hunsdon by the Rev Marc Dunstan (no relation) with the reception to follow at the hotel.
