Mulberry House hosts Liverpudlian Toastmaster for Lunch

On Tuesday I joined my good friend and Toastmaster Richard Palmer for lunch at Mulberry house near Ongar in Essex. Richard and I will both be here in August next year for the wedding of Hannah and Christopher - Richard as Toastmaster and myself as Wedding Photographer.
Also joining us for lunch was Mike Culleton a Toastmaster and Magistrate from Liverpool. Although the weather was dull and overcast the food and company was superb.

Whitehall Hotel Broxted Wedding Venue - Abi and Russ' Wedding Album

Last week I had both the pleasure tinged with sadness of delivering Abi and Russ' Wedding Album.
Their wedding which took place in September at St Dunston's Church, Hunsden, followed by a reception at the Whitehall Hotel Broxted in Essex was photographed by Essex Wedding Photographers CourtOnCamera.In June I will be returning to St Dunston's to photograph Roger and Charlotte's wedding.

Kodak Wedding and Portrait Awards 2009

The 2009 Kodak Wedding and Portrait Awards Awards are being officially launched at Focus on Imaging this weekend.

There are two judgings during the year and 10 images are selected at each, which are then entered into the final. The awards are administered by the Master Photographers Association.

In September I photographed Steve and Anita's Wedding at the Marygreen Manor Brentwood - The photograph above - "Is it still raining" will be entered into the awards.

Essex Wedding Photographer meets David Cameron's No 1 Fan

This weekend I took a break from photographing weddings in Essex to visit the beautiful Lakeland peninsular.I also met David Cameron's No1 fan Conservative Councilor Jill Heath - With very little persuasion I was asked to photograph her - the results are shown above - was Jill pleased? Yes - "They are the nicest photos I've ever had taken" said Jill.

This Saturday the snow held up long enough for Wedding Photographers Essex - CourtOnCamera to meet up with Georgina and Nick for their pre-wedding shoot and planning meeting at Spain's Hall
Georgina and Nick will exchange vows in this beautiful Essex location early in March
But in the meantime - any opportunity for a snowball fight must not be overlooked.

Winder Hall Country House Hotel - Owner and Toastmaster Nick Lawler

Last Thursday I had the pleasure of joining my good friend and Toastmaster Richart Palmer for a working lunch at Mulberry House near Ongar. Joining us was English Toastnmasters Association member Nick Lawler to explore the Essex Wedding Photographers perspective on weddings.

Nick is the owner of the Winder Hall Country House Hotel in Cumbria in the midst of the Lake District.
