In a lovely change from photographing weddings (and bribed with a glass or two of Bolly - my wife was driving) I photographed "The Twins" as a special present for their Grandmother - Two delightful young gentlemen.

Tomorrow I am going to Coventry for an event organised by the Master Photographers Association http://www.thempa.co.uk/ . One of the worlds greatest photographers - Bambi Cantrell http://www.cantrellportrait.com/ will be there. I had the pleasure of spending a week under her tutilage in 2006 and look forward to meeting her again.

Hoping for a relaxing Easter weekend flyfishing, it turned out somewhat hectic, but at least I was able to meet with Lucy and Matt on Saturday for the first time following their honeymoon. They were married at Epping Upland Church www.eppinganglicans.org.uk/EppingUpland in February and held their reception at Gaynes Park Barnes just down the road in Epping. http://www.gaynesparkbarnes.co.uk/ . It was good to catch up and discuss the daunting task of choosing photographs for their album. Earlier on Saturday I met with Jane and Edward in Hadley Wood (I photograph weddings in Hertfordshire too) for the pre-wedding planning meeting and photo shoot prior to their wedding next month. On Monday I met for the first time with Steve and Anita who are getting married at the Mary Green Manor Brentwood http://www.marygreenmanor.co.uk/ in September.

Having sucessfully won the tender for undertaking the marketing for the Presidents Sporting Club.

CourtOnCamera were invited to the first Result! lead event held at the Manor of Groves, in Sawbridgeworth Hertfordshire on the 3rd of March 2008 which comprised of a Gentleman's Boxing Evening and Charity Raffle and Auction.

The evening saw over 200 local businessmen attend a prestigious black tie event, with guests Frank Bruno, Sir Henry Cooper and many others.
The Presidents Sporting Club/ HHSF (Registered Charity No. 1001176), has now raised well over £1 million which has been donated to schools and organizations, such as Riding for Disabled and the National Handicapped Skiers Association to provide sporting facilities and opportunities for disabled children.

The money raised is used to provide sports equipment, coaching and tuition, the hire of sports halls and the funding of outings and adventure holidays. Taking part in sport increases the children’s self confidence, physical development and self esteem and helps them meet challenges that they may face later in life.

Frank Bruno MBE has been the President of the Club for eighteen years and supports all of the events if he is able to do so.

Result! are now working on redeveloping the branding, website and communication materials and organising further events throughout the year, such as the Charity Golf Day, at Hanbury Manor on the 8th July 2008, where they are official sponsors of the event along with the Player Magazine -CourtOnCamera have been invited to photograph this event.
