The British Professional Photography Awards - Newcastle Upon Tyne
This weekend I took a break from my role as a Herts and Essex Wedding Photographer and attended the British Professional Photography Awards in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Awards were run by the Master Photographers Association and the British Institute of Professional Photography , collectively representing the majority of professional photographers in the UK. Qualified MPA and BIPP members from around the world (including myself) submitted images for the annual competition which was fiercely contended.
Whilst not personally winning an award, (The top honour went to Lisa Visser) the whole event was inspiring, as also was the view from the south side of the Tyne - there is of course next year to look forward to.
In the meantime back to my role as a Herts and Essex Wedding Photographer
