Cromwell Towers -A peninsular retreat in the English Lakes

This weekend I took a break from photographing weddings in Essex to visit my good friend Cliff (a quiet, shy and reclusive individual).

.....at his South Lakeland peninsular hideaway - Cromwell Towers.

My intention was to explore the the local trout waters, but I just ran out of time.

By the time I have visited the Cumbria Chrystal Factory, the Colony Candle Factory, Kennedy's Fine Chocolate Factory, the Sillfield Farm Shop and ........

.......Cliff's wine cellar it was sadly time to return home.
